20-apartment Assisted Living Center is its own small community, making the transition to assisted
living comfortable and familiar for residents and their family
members. |

| Assistance with daily tasks may provide all of the
support and security needed to enjoy a full and active life. Residents of our Assisted
Living Center have full access to all of the Meadow Ridge amenities.
We encourage our residents to participate in our diverse activities
programs - both on and offsite. |

All residents of our Assisted Living Center enjoy the comfort and
privacy of their own one bedroom or studio apartment. Each has
its own spacious floor plan built to the same level of luxury, quality, and
attention to detail as all of our apartments. |

In addition
to all of the Meadow Ridge amenities, we provide the following
services to enhance the experience of our Assisted Living Center:
- Licensed nurse onsite 24 hours per day
- Emergence response system located in each apartment
- Daily living assistance and supervision
- Personalized care plans developed in cooperation with our residents, their family members, and physicians
- Activities and events designed specifically for our residents
- A comfortable dining room with nutritious meals provided three times a day by our Executive Chef
- A spacious country kitchen, well-appointed library, and
comfortable family room available for residents' use and for
entertaining family
- Professional housekeeping, apartment maintenance, and laundry service
